You have 30 calendar days to request a return for an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
- The product must include all original accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.
- You must provide a valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned package at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect it and notify you immediately that we have received your item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after evaluating the product's condition.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or payment platform's policies.

4. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- Original shipping costs paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and inventory regulation reasons, clear-out sale items, digital gift cards, and customized modifications are ineligible for return or refund.
