- Orders are not shipped or routed on weekends or recognized public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment execution.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days to your specified destination.
- Complimentary Shipping: Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders meeting the minimum spending threshold posted on our storefront.
*Please note that occasional delivery delays can transpire due to international customs processing, carrier sorting bottlenecks, or weather anomalies.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email once your package has left our fulfillment center, containing your active tracking link.
- The tracking number will typically become active and update its transit nodes within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- usecophone.shop is not responsible for any international customs, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. 
- All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT, import taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
- usecophone.shop is not directly liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping transit. 
- If your order arrives damaged, please document the packaging and contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a formal claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

6. Address Accuracy Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and deliverable. 
- For security reasons, we cannot alter the route or address once the package has entered the carrier stream. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.
